The central image is a dimensional cartoon painting. A remake of a Rembrandt Painting I grew up seeing at Gardner Museum in Boston. The 12 apostles kind of morfed into the 7 dwarfs. Jesus as Buddha in the boat. The bear above is my childhood bear bedecked with home made metals of honor and shame. The final panel is collected folk carving assembled to create a plane crash. I did this piece just before Sept 11. Jesus flies over, he is wearing a raccoon skin hat.
