A hand painted ceramic tile with mosaic placed in a courtyard of apartment building, memorializing homeless activist Arnett Watson's life and achievements.This artwork is sited at the Arnett Watson Apartments 85 units of low income and homeless housing, build by the City of San Francisco. This design was developed collaboratively with people from the community and people who knew and worked with Arnett.
